Statements increased exponentially month to month, won't email. How do we fix this?

As per title, preparing statements to send for end of month invoicing and when it goes to create the list it takes up to 30-45 minutes to complete.

When it HAS completed, there are 918 results showing, when normally there is either just below or just over 200, and we haven't had 700 more customers this month!

Usually the processing of the statements takes about 15 minutes at the max.

Here's a shot of what happens after we click on 'send' for the 918 list of statements:

Then after clicking on OK:

We also had an accountant copy of the database force a backup before it was made, then Reckon forced a repair of the database after the backup. We don't know if it's related to the issue above but it's happening for all users.

    Cheers.

Yes, on the day this happened a rebuild and verify had been completed after doing an accountants copy but we can always do another one.

I'm looking at the mapi thing now and will advise if that corrects the problem or not.

It turns out that, according to a reckon phone tech that I spoke to, this error code was being caused due to changes in how MS was allowing connections via smtp. Something to be corrected in a later version I assume. For now we've gone back to the previous option of running the report then individually sending out groups of the statements via send forms.
