SAFF ESA

I have an employee that changed from an SMSF to and industry fund some time ago. When I export the SAFF file I have to manually remove the ESA each time. I checked the employee's super card and it is definitely not showing there. I checked the supplier "SMSF" and checked that the email address is not there. How do I stop the ESA from showing up on my SAFF? What am I missing?

Hi Liz Dornbrach,

When did you make the change on the employee's super? I am not really sure what causing it at this stage. Can we do Verify-Rebuild-Verify on the data file and see if that resolves the issue?
