I'm having issues with payroll. Having error issue as below. Wasting so many hours trying to get this fixed. Please help. Have tried the support line and not able to be fixed with the advice given.

Have you been given access to the account you're attempting to access by another user?
The error message indicates that the account you are trying to access does not have the STP or GovConnect entity associated with it.
Either it hasn't been created, or it's not shared with you yet.

Prior to the upgrade this was all working. Would have become unlinked or something with the upgrade
