Hi Rav, I accidentally submitted a payrun to STP that was not meant to be submitted. How can I delete it from STP?
Hi @Vinh Nguyen, Please note that the STP submissions once sent cannot be deleted but updated. Assuming that you have successfully submitted the payrun to ATO and the status shows as success for this payrun under the STP section of R1, if you have made corrections on the employee's pays on this same payrun you submitted and marked it as paid then you may "resubmit to ATO" by selecting "send as an update" as shown in the screenshot below and it should update the YTD figures for the employees under ATO servers.
