I have been trying to re-authorise my Westpac bank feeds - Reckon One says it needs MFA
I get to where I need to enter my Westpac credentials - and it wont go past that
Now I have been locked out
This is really, really, really frustrating
Hi Chris Bollard,
Authentication process in Yodlee requires you to login to your online banking. In order to access your online banking, you must provide the MFA that is sent to your security device. This guarantees that you are the one performing transactions or making changes to your account. If you are not receiving the MFA code, you might need to get in touch with your bank.

I hope it helps.
Best regards,
Karren
It turned out it was a password issue - yodle problem. After 2 days and trying to not get locked out its back.
However, I can't relink my Westpac business account to the Reckon account - it's
greyed out in the drop down list
Could you verify whether that account is connected to a deleted account? The account from an inactive bank feed must be unlinked before it may be linked to another one.
I hope that helps.
Thanks for your reply
There is a deleted account but it shows as not being linked - pic
This issue needs further investigation and may need consult the back-end team.
I have sent you a request to access your book. I would appreciate if you granted our request.
Best regards.
