Inviting my accountant to my Reckon Accounts Hosted file

I think this question has probably been asked a few times. I need to invite my new accountant to Reckon.

What is the best way to approach this.

    I did this last night for the first time, setting up shared folders. It was a little tricky but I got there, only to find out the accountant didn’t have a Hosted subscription after all
