Reports screen locks up & financial overview stops the program

when clicking on reports screen locks up, also financial overview stops the the program and must turn of , when on support syntax error's keep coming up cant turn of program, it was doing this and more when i was using account personal plus 22 so i installed the latest account personal plus v31and is still happening. any ideas kevin
