the above super information is correctly inserted into Reckon, but it is not printed out on a report for all supers?
any ideas? Why?

Which report are you specifically referring to ? If you can post a screenshot of it, that would be helpful (You can block out any identifying details) 😊
The super details will update on reports in real time so if you've only just added any of the Super Fund details now, this info won't automatically display on reports until the next pay run. Alternatively, you can update historically by opening each relevant Paycheque & resaving, to "refresh" it.
