Hi Beautiful People,

Does anyone know how to print an item receipted report for items that have not been allocated to a bill? (outstanding item receipt report)

Hi @prasanna

Yes, you can generate this - in Summary or Detail - in various ways by either modifying an existing report or searching for Item Receipt Transaction Type & turning that into a report.

This is actually a modified A/P Ageing Report … Filtered to show just Item Receipts … & renamed:

If you drill down on the highlighted TOTAL you can display the individual Item Receipts by Supplier:

(I've just modified this further to add the Description column)

Once you have your report(s) customised to how you want them, make sure you Memorise them. That way, you can generate them - already customised - when you need. For any reports (or even windows) you access frequently, you can even add these to your icon bar for quick, 1-click access anytime ! :

TIP: Keep your icon label names short so they don't take up too much space, enabling you more room to add others!

Anyone knows to generate a purchase order report ( including both open and closed ) that shows MEMO as a column
