Quicker way to login or re-login after inactivity - add a user prefererred default for where to star

in Reckon Portal Ideas
I am finding it quite annoying to have to go through three steps to login, especially as I have to do this every time I lapse due to inactivity, which in fact is EVERY time I want to enter data. I have to reload ReckonOne, submit cached login details, select SHARED WITH ME (no benefit to this as I never choose anything else), select OPEN (no benefit to this as I never choose anything else)... why can't ReckonOne simply retain me a start preference of the ONLY company I ever use ?

    Thanks Adrian for raising this feature request and for everyone who has voted for it.

    I'm pleased to let you know that we've made enhancements to both the Reckon Portal login flow and dashboard.

    If you only have one Reckon One book, when you login you'll be taken straight into the book without the need to land on the Reckon Portal first to open the book. This streamlines the login process and cuts down the number of clicks to get you into your book when you only have a single one in your account.

    If you have access to multiple Reckon One books, the Reckon Portal dashboard screen has been simplified to show all books you have access to on one screen rather than separating shared books. Check out more info here - Reckon One update! โœจ Your Reckon Portal dashboard has been simplified!
