Ability to select all then deselect some items/products

Often there is a "Select ALL" Button which selects everything and a "Select" button which allows you to select individual items but I would like to be able to select all then deselect one or two items. For example we use 2 super payment methods, one monthly for our chosen super product and then 3 monthly for all the others selected by staff. As there are about 10 in the later list then it would be good to be able to select everything and then deselect only the monthly one. This also applies elsewhere too.

I know this is a bit of an older post at this stage but I wanted to loop back to it for an update but also get a little more info from you.

For invoices, you can add multiple items in one go using the Add Multiple Items button and within that, select all your items then deselect those that you don't want to include. I've added a screen recording as an example below 👇

While the above is for invoices, the ability to 'select all' is in a number of other areas of Reckon One as well. I can see in your opening post you've mentioned super payment methods, I know its been a while since you posted it but are you still having challenges around this and if so, could you let me know the specific screen(s) that you'd like to see this feature in?

The place we wer after this facility we no longer require as we now use Beam for our super payments. I don't have my phone here so i cannot log in to get screenshots to show you but what we wanted to do was similar to what your clip shows. But, in the "select super payments" process there are only 2 radio buttons which are either one or the other - "Select All" or "Select". As they are radio buttons rather than tick marks thre is no capacity to use "select all" then singly deselect any lines not wanted.

The super company selection was the only place I think I have found that this would have been useful. For consistency it would be good is the same selection process were available everywhere and I would suggest the one you have clipped is far superior :).
