Search function by keywords

in Reckon One Ideas
To be able to quickly search for a keyword/phrase such as an address to see what works were done at that job last. Currently it is very difficult to find previous invoices when you only have an address.

    It would be super great to be able to search all transactions (regardless of the type of transaction) in a global search (kinda like Xero has!), searching by transaction amount, transaction date or by supplier. The current solution to finding these is more clunky than it should be!

    I definitely hope this gets integrated into Reckon One, similar to how our older product Reckon Accounts allows you to find transactions easily.

    What I believe that we did really well in Reckon Accounts was that we were able to find literally ANYTHING with the functionality that we had in the software. So I was wondering if we could possibly add a section under the contacts center section similar to it or a global search area to find transactions within Reckon One:

    If we could possibly have a global search function also added like the above suggested, it would cause huge improvements for finding transactions within Reckon One.

    Agreed, Lucas! This would be a HUGE improvement to finding transactions in Reckon One.

    It would be helpful if you could make a search function that works this way. I love the software but this is what is really lacking for our business to be able to find invoices (including past ones) for certain addresses .

    A search option would be very handy, particularly if it can find a specific transaction within an invoice or bill

    Yes, transaction search is sorely needed. I could be mistaken but wasn't there one in Reckon one already at some stage?

    Yes please a search bar on the top of invoices to be able to type in clients names/ invoice number to go directly to that invoie to change/edit etc. Also the page panel also at the top on invoices so you don't have to scroll to the bottom to move pages.

    I thought I had seen this suggested but I can no longer find so here goes

    It would be awesome if you could search transactions/creditor invoices etc (by the reference not the bill number) at this time there is no search function
