Problem with display

Hi, We have been using Accounts Hosted for many years during which time, I have always had the Home Page displayed with a list on the Left hand side of any "windows " I had open eg. Memorised Transactions etc.

For some reason its only showing the Home page now, can anyone help to restore it?
