detail sales report with memo

Hi Team ,

I am using Reckon Hosted ,

We use

memo section of sales invoice to report critical information piece to track interstate sales .

Now I wanted to run a detail sales report with memo detail printed in an extended column

ALSO the same thing for POs

I wanted to run a detail purchase order report with memo detail printed in an extended column

    That isnt how it works unfortunately.

    You probably didn't think about the problem before devising a solution.

    The memo field wont display on the reports

    You might have better luck with one of the third party app developers like Cosmic

    It will be expensive

    Hi @prasanna ,

    To be able to get memo included in the report, please follow the below steps:

    • Go to Reports in the top menu.
    • Select Purchases and then choose Purchases by Item Detail.
    • Click on the Modify button to adjust the report settings.
    • In the Display tab, add the Description field. This will include the memo for the purchase order.

    Once you've made the necessary changes, you can further customize the report to meet your specific needs. If you find yourself using the same customized settings often, you can also memorize the report for future use.
