Ability to find Links that are not attached to an external file or document

I would love to have a way that I can generate say a report that shows which Links have not been attached to an external document.

As a user working from home, and the business I am working for is trying to reduce the use of paper, we are using the links feature as a means to achieve this.

I am finding that some of the Links are being left "empty" when needing to refer to a document.

Also this feature would be extremely useful when documents are requested by the Auditors.

I think this is a great idea but would love to get a little bit more information from you for a little more clarity.

When you say some of the links are being left empty, how is that happening? ie. is a link not being copied into the field when creating a link on a transaction?

Hi Rav,

This is not a Reckon error but a human one, the documents can be missed from being linked to a transaction. If this can be picked up it will save some productivity time.
