    do not receiving MFA code and can not send resend MFA code request, unable to sign up to the account, please help with this issue.

    Hi @susan_10261283

    If you could please confirm whether you have opted Authenticator App (Microsoft, Google, etc.) for the MFA Codes?

    If so, the code has to entered from the application itself and it will not be sending you any notification on the phone.
