IIF Import Invoices set to Email

Question

HI Everyone

I am trying to create an IIF to imported invoices in Reckon Accounts Hosted.

Currently all invoices are imported as to print.  with the heading on the IIF TOPRINT.

Does anyone know what the header on the IIF needs to be to import the invoice to email.

I have tried TOEMAIL and EMAIL as the headers and has not worked

For more info on the IIF format, you can use the in-product Help.

Click on the Help menu and select Reckon Accounts Help, where you can perform a search.

The column named "TOSEND" appears to be the one that indicates whether a transaction is marked to be emailed.

(note the documentation unfortunately does not mention that header column)

You can have both the TOPRINT and the TOSEND column headers present, depending on your needs.
