Fast coding portal and Reckon Hosted

HI, I have used the fast coding portal with minimal issues ever since it first became available. In the last few months however, I have had nothing but problems.

Almost every time I log in, I have to reauthenticate all the accounts and more often than not, receive a message that there was a problem and to try again later. ABout half the time, it has worked however despite the message.

The problem is mainly with MacQuarie bank. Reckon support insist that only Yodlee can be used with Macquarie bank although Macquarie bank tell me that they support Open Banking.

It is taking 15 mins each log in to get to the point of seeing if there are new data entries. Is anyone else having these problems? Any advice please.

    Hi @glenbrand,

    I do apologise for the miscommunication from Support, Yodlee does not work as well as it used to since the implementation of Open Banking.

    I highly recommend that you setup Open Banking for your Macquarie bank account using our knowledge article: https://help.reckon.com/article/txp82mjqt1-how-to-setup-open-banking .

    Note: It may take 30 minutes to setup

    Hi Lucas, I really appreciate your response. I worked through the instructions and it has worked for 4 accounts but for the last two, I get an error message from Accis. Is there any chance for some more help in resolving that. Unfortunatley it is not a helpful error - it simply says - we have encountered an error - try again later but so far it has occurred each time I try.
