Hi probably a silly question but I'm changing email providors so have new email address.

How do I change it in Reckon Gov Connect for single touch payroll ?

    You can easily update your contact details from your profile in the Reckon customer portal. We’ve got an article that walks you through the process HERE.

    Hi @273smithfamily

    Sorry, I just noticed some of our help articles are under maintenance for some updates so Ill explain it here in case you are having issues viewing it.

    You can access your Reckon Portal Profile, by click Profile in the top right-hand corner.

    Here you can click Edit to change your email address that you use with the Reckon Portal

    It may ask you to verify the email before saving.

    Just checking in to see if you were able to successfully make the change.

    Also, if your old email was listed as the primary contact, please be sure to update it in the Company Information section by going to Company > Company Information.
