Can't delete or amend transactions in Personal Plus v31

I have two transactions in my Reckon file that I can't delete or amend. I've tried right clicking and then delete and also tried Ctrl+D. I've also tried amending the transactions, but the amendments won't save. There are no error messages when trying to save, the changes just don't save. Any clues?

    They are transactions I manually entered into one of my accounts. The only thing I can see that they have in common is that I cut the transactions to paste them into another account (I thought I paid on credit card, but didn't). They pasted fine, but the original transaction wasn't removed.

    Dear @Michelle_6886974 ,

    You'll need to go into the account the transaction is registered under (eg. if it's a Business account, you can double-click on that account to open it).

    From there, you can highlight the transaction in the register with a single left-click, then use Control + D to delete it.

    You would normally right click on the transaction and Click on MOVE

    @Alexis McKeown I've already tried Ctrl+D and it doesn't work.

    @Gerry Winter I've tried MOVE and that doesn't work either.

    My guess is that the two transactions are corrupt, but they're impacting the balance of my account, so need to be removed. Any other suggestions?

    I am also now constantly getting a "Reckon Accounts Launcher is not responding" error message when trying to enter a new, completely different transaction.
