Watermark Logo On Invoice

Is there a way to add my company logo as a Watermark on my Invoices?

Hi @NoshcalTransport,

You can also try the following recommended by one of my colleagues:

* Either use pre-printed paper that has the logo in very faint watermark style (get a bunch printed at OfficeWorks or other printing service provider
* If you want to do it yourself with a home/office printer

That will likely give a better result than using the logo feature in the Reckon Accounts Hosted product, since you may already have a nice logo setup.

Hi @NoshcalTransport,

You could need to create the logo and upload it to our Hosted environment, where it will appear in the upload folder. (make sure to select all file types so you can see it)

Once you have done that, go within your Reckon file templates under:

Lists > Templates

Select the template that you need to change and click on 'Use logo' and 'Select Logo', you will locate the upload folder and select the logo that you made earlier.

I would try creating the watermark and adding it as a logo. Then in layout designer enlarge it over the entire page,  not sure if there is an option to send to back, however if it was pale enough it might work.

I just tried it and I believe it will work, the logo will have to be in proportion to A4 so that when you stretch it it stays in proportion. And of course it will have to be very faint
