Wheel of death - not responding message

Hi

is there an issue with Hosted this week. All week I have been getting the wheel of death and the not responding message? Everything I do, entering invoices, running reports.

    Hi @JO-ANNE_7327707,

    We have recently changed our Reckon Accounts Hosted environment so there may be more traffic than usual.

    It could also potentially be the data file that you are currently using has issues.

    Could you please provide screenshots of currently what is happening?

    as mentioned in my message. Everything task I do I am either getting the wheel of death or the not responding message.

    Entering supplier invoices, running any report.

    when will the new platform be available to everyone?

    I am still on the old one. I have not been updated.

    Hi @JO-ANNE_7327707,

    I just want to get a better understanding of the situation, could I also ask you to complete a Full file rebuild using the File > Utilities > Rebuild data file option?

    If you could also provide a screenshot of the 'Wheel of death' and what it means, it would help a ton!

    Regarding the new platform, we're aiming to have everyone moved over by the end of this month. Now that I've seen your message about the slowness and wheel of death being in the old environment. I'd assume that the data file itself may be having issues.

    Let me know how you go with a data file verify and rebuild, once we know the results of that and if it continues to have these issues. I will need to send it over to data recovery for analysis.
