Ability to automate backups of our data in the Hosted environment.
We have regressed after migrating from Desktop where we were able to schedule backup our local drives (including our Reckon database) on a nightly basis from a batch job

Our teams have investigated this previously however due to the nature of the Hosted environment—where data is stored and managed within a terminal server infrastructure—automated backups at a user level present significant technical and operational challenges. We’ll continue to explore ways to enhance data access and security in Hosted, and your feedback plays a vital role in that so while at this stage this is unlikely to be implemented, we'll revisit where possible in future. We'll mark this idea as one for future consideration and if anything changes regarding this feature, we’ll post updates here.
