Reckon Accounts Home & Business V31


After renewing licence for my Recon Accounts 2022 I was informed that I have to install Reckon Accounts Home & Business V31 because Accounts 2022 is no longer valid.
I was able to download V31 but am unable to install it. Reckon support tried to do it remotely but with no success, then they informed me that they do not provide support for the software and advised to contact the Community. Can anyone assist, please?

Dear @25644 ,
You'll need to uninstall RA Personal Plus 22 first in order to install v31.
Personal/Home & Business only allow one year installation at a time.

Thanks Alexis, this was done prior to unsuccessful installation.
I should add that my computer is Mac with Windows 11 through Parallels Desktop. During installation of V31, the process stops at about 30% and the installer asks if I want to open the program and after clicking either OK or cancel the window disappears and nothing happens.

Very peculiar. Did you have the Installation Switcher at any point?
If you don't, you may need to uninstall RA Personal down to the registry level.

Must confess that after very long time spent with Reckon on the phone without any solution I was very sceptical, I was wrong.
Thank you community, I applied all your advices at once before trying to install again. Don't know which one of them (maybe all) worked but the program is running and alive.
