Email receival notification


Is there a facility in the system that enables me to receive notification that an emailed Invoice or Estimate has been received and/or read? I know that I can source the info that it has been sent my end, but theres no guarantee that its been received or even gone to junk mail. We seem to be having a few issues with customers occasionally not receiving the documents but the email addresses are correct.

At this stage, there isnโt a feature within the system that confirms whether an emailed invoice or estimate has been received or read by the recipient. We understand how useful this would be, and you're more than welcome to add this suggestion to our Ideas section Here in our community for future consideration by our product team.
In the meantime, you can view the email report in Reckon Accounts Hosted to confirm that the email has been sent from your end. For detailed steps on how to do this, please refer to the following article:
