Backup issue with V31 software

I have just installed v31 after paying my annual subscription. I am trying to restore my files from my back up USB and it says "the file is not ready".

I have tried copying the backup file to my desktop and reinstalling from there,but it gives me the same message???

Hi @GLEWIS,

Could you please make sure that your file name is less than 8 characters long.

Thanks. It finally worked. I tried copying the file from my USB again and pasted into my PC file directory. This time, about the 5th attempt, it worked!
