Invoicing Templates

Afternoon all,

Is there a way to add a "billable/chargeable" line to templates.

Basically, we are looking at the possibility of having an administration fee on all invoices, and our initial thoughts are to have a line on all our templates with this charge on it. Is this something that can be achieved or not?

If you create an item for this fee and just use it on the first line every time that should not be too difficult.
