Account has expired


When logging to Reckon Hosted on via Duck Duck Go browser I get a message that my account has expired. But using Safari or the Reckon app on iPhone or iPad no problem!
Same credentials and my subscription is by direct debit monthly.
I have cleared history and cookies in DDG but no difference. I previously could logon through DDG without problem.
What’s going on?

From what I've seen in the past, the account expired message usually means the account isn't paid.
With that said, you've mentioned it works on Safari so that's a bit odd.
There is no app for Reckon Accounts Hosted though.
Since the upgrade, Chrome is the supported browser from what I've seen on other posts. Do you have any issues when you login with that?

I use Firefox, I have logged in using Safari, but yes Chrome is the recommended browser

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing Reckon Accounts Hosted. As some of our community members have mentioned, the recommended browser is Google Chrome. While it may still work on other browsers, we don’t focus our testing or support on them, so issues can sometimes occur.
