Hosted is actually the just the Enterprise (highest) desktop version so if you are currently already using a Reckon Accounts desktop product, itโs exactly the same ๐

So you are saying there are no webinars or online material with instructions on how to process a pay through RAH? That doesn't seem right.
All I need is information how to do the pays as I previously used Payroll Premier, then our company switched to Reckon One in conjunction with STP reporting.
There is a user guide and a video that might help you get familiar with setting up payroll.
If you're changing from Reckon One payroll just bear in mind, payroll l, and just in general, everything is a lot more involved on Hosted and not as simple.
I'm not saying that as a negative, I use both hosted and Reckon one for my clients and Hosted has far more features particularly for reports. It's going to be a learning curve for you.

You don't happen to know where the user guide and video can be found? I am on a very tight schedule with EOFY around the corner and having to learn this should we go ahead with it.

I saw that video but it's from 2014. I thought there would be a more recent video to reflect STP reporting now.
