I noticed just now that in the latest 2025 version, the only way to delete an unused item in the COA was to use the shortcut Ctrl D. Right click does not have a delete option

    Hi @Kris_Williams

    I had a quick look just now, for both 2024 and the latest V34 version of the software.

    The delete option is in the drop-off if you select the COA and then click on Account, as in the screenshot attached -

    Yes I see you are correct, so many versions of Reckon and Quickbooks in my head I was sure you could just right click on the actual account and get delete in the menu. Thanks for that
