Search error on the Reckon Community (2 July 2025)

Hi everyone

Unfortunately it looks like the search function in the Reckon Community is currently experiencing issues.

Currently when searching for posts, the below error message is appearing on the search results page 👇

This has been flagged with our Community platform provider to investigate and I hope to have more info to share on a resolution very soon.

This issue is specific to the Reckon Community site and does not affect any Reckon software.

Apologies for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment.

Hi everyone

Our search index on the Reckon Community is currently being rebuilt and the expectation is this should be completed in about an hour.

I'm keeping a close eye on progress and will keep you updated.

ℹ️ PARTIALLY RESOLVED

Hi all,

The search function on the Reckon Community is working again.

The reindexing of content is still currently underway so while not everything may appear in search results just yet the majority of content will and is now available in search.

I'll post another update once the issue is resolved in full.
