I have tried this morning to renew the subscription for our Club. However, following two long discussion with the service team have resulted in the files now being corrupt.
HELP! How do I go about sorting this issue?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. If the file is corrupted, the quickest solution would be to restore from a recent backup, do you have one available?
If not, the next best step is to lodge a ticket with our Data Services team here. They’ll be able to assist further.

I did have a backup file - however when I tried opening that, it has come up as corrupt as well :(

Once you have done that, could you please include the steps you are doing to achieve this error message?
Could you also clarify what our service team assisted you with? Was it our support team or Data recovery services.
