Today, we will be looking at the new keyboard shortcuts within calendars and Invoice in-field calculations that can help increase your productivity when using the new Invoice experience in Reckon One.

Introducing Keyboard Shortcuts within Invoicing and Payroll

If your fingers are tired from clicking multiple times to find the right date this #TipTuesday is for you! You can now use Keyboard shortcuts in any calendar field in Reckon One brought to you by our amazing team. You can also use the help option in invoicing to find more short cuts that can be used for Saving, Printing, Send via email and duplicate invoice.

Built-in calculator in invoices

Are you tired of having to find your physical calculator or waiting for the Microsoft calculator to open? Well, say no more! We've added a built-in calculator within the new invoice experience!

How do I use it?
You can enter values like this: 12+32 or 12*32 or 12/32 and either tab or press the Enter key. You can also use brackets and complex calculations too.

Where can I use it?
The calculator is available on the Quantity, Unit price, Tax amount and Amount fields in the new invoicing experience.
