Payroll Totals Not Matching

Good morning all,

I am doing the payroll tax today to pay tomorrow. I got all the calculation, and got the total payroll tax payable too.

I was checking the P&L report and the payroll wages and the superannuation total does not match with the Payroll Total.

I have set the dates to last month (for July). And I was checking 2 reports - the transaction detail by account with transactions by payroll item for July. And I can see that the total more in the transaction detail by account report for 2 employees.

Wages are paid correctly to these 2 staffs.

How do I fix this issues? Do we need to match the monthly wages and super with the payroll totals when we do the payroll tax.

Please help me rectify this. Your assistance will be appreciated very much.

    Dear @Yeepy ,

    Is it possible your current payroll items are not setup to pay into your super guarantee items?

    You may want to check in Payroll Settings → Pay Items → Superannuation → Super guarantee, you should be able to edit the item and see what pay items are flowing into its calculation.
