Charges for cancelled account


Hello, We have been unable to use Reckon Insights due to the size and age of our company file. Previously, I was able to communicate with Waleed Sulaman about the charges that are being made to our credit card for the Insights account that we cannot use. Waleed would arrange a refund. He is no longer working for Reckon, so please let me know who we can communicate with to have the $59 fee STOPPED from charging to our card?? I am needing refunds from May - July, and potentially August 2025 as well. Thanks.
