Reckon Accounts Personal Plus V31

Morning All

I have paid my Annual License fee only to find I now need to upgrade to Reckon Accounts Personal Plus V31 from the current Quicken Personal 2022.

I have downloaded the program but it will not let me install in until I remover the old version of Quicken Personal.

Here is the problem. When I go into the Uninstall feature of windows, Quicken Personal is not listed.

Has any body have a solution.

Give me a call, have you tried to delete Reckon Personal earlier, it is not Quicken you are looking for but Reckon Personal.

Thanks for responding Gerard,

I have now been able to delete all of the files manually and have been able to install the Reckon Accounts Personal Plus V31.

When I opened the program, it is now wanting an install key, which is not on the Reckon Limited Tax Invoice to renew the Annual lic.

I am guessing I am now going to have to ring the help desk to get that key and of course they are not open over the weekend.

Do you have your Customer ID and PIN handy? If you do, I reckon we can deal with this now, rather than wait until Monday?

Ok. Go to the Members Login page (https://members.reckon.com/Login.aspx) and login.

Once logged in, you will see a "Download Software" option under the 'Members Area' section. Click that option and you should see "Reckon Accounts Personal Plus V31 Annual Lic" in the drop down list.

If you then click the 'Next' button, you will see displayed, your Installation Key No.
