Am trying to print a payment summary for an employee who says he can't see employment history in his MyGov account. Even after STP we were still able to print summaries.
(Employees, Process Payment Summaries, etc)
That menu option is no longer there

Reckon Accounts Hosted has removed the Payment Summaries functionality. This is because:
So if you're looking for the old “Payment Summaries” menu, it's no longer available in the latest Reckon Hosted versions.

Hello, I have a question to extend on this.
I have an employee that cant access his mygov account as it is locked with his old mobile number.
Other than spend the time on the phone and change his number so he can get a copy of his payroll summary. I need to provide him a paper copy.
How can this be done if the option is not accessible in STP Phase2

Thanks for your question.
Under STP Phase 2, traditional payment summaries (group certificates) have been retired and replaced by income statements, which are accessible via the employee’s myGov account. This change aligns with the ATO’s real-time reporting requirements and ensures compliance with current legislation.
However, if your employee is unable to access their myGov account due to a locked mobile number, and you need to provide a paper copy of their payroll information, here’s what you can do:Alternative:
Provide a Payroll Summary Report. While payment summaries are no longer available, you can generate a Payroll Summary Report from Reckon hosted file that includes:
Steps to Generate and Print: Go to Reports> Select employee and payroll> select Payroll Summary. Select the relevant date range (e.g. full financial year) and Employee Click Print or Export to PDF to provide a paper copy.
This report is not a substitute for the official income statement but can be used to provide the employee with a breakdown of their earnings for reference.

It is a bugger really. But I have done what you suggested and given to the Employee.
Also suggested he takes the time and gets his MyGov sorted and update his mobile number.

@MTS You can print an employee's record from your STP. Just click on the Detail link on your Finalise Year submission (It will be the one with all employees in, showing $ 0.00 amounts & tagged as an Update Event) :
This will bring up the list of all employees balances that were finalised in that submission. If you click on the Detail link there for the employee you want …
… it will display their myGov totals:
There's not an actual Print button option, but you can just print it from your browser 😊
