HI, I'm Sue and I'm in Victoria and I just want to confirm I have the correct setup for above leave; we use Reckon Account Premier Edition. Would appreciate your help with this.

Personal Leave - Every pay - 1:28

Holiday Leave - Every pay - 2:55

Long service Leave - Every pay - 0:38

it’s better accrued per hour which is

    Holiday leave .0769

    Personal leave .0348

    LSL. .0166 per pay

I see you have your time displaying as a decimal, it’s better in minutes

Preferences - general - company preference

Agree with @Kris_Williams (although I think she meant to say the opposite - You have it in minutes but decimal is better 🤣)

Thanks Kris, I have an employee questioning our setup. He seems to think annual leave should be accrued at 2.923 and long service leave at 0.633. I have noted on other discussions that A/L using .0769 accrues at 2:55 and have shown him this which shows we are doing it correctly. Also went onto the ATO calculator using my data for LSL and it was correct supporting the data is correct. Ugh it's very annoying. I know if I now change it to minutes he will question the whole data!

@Stalfab Your example is in minutes (xx:xx) 🤔

We’re recommending decimal (which is the “x.xxx” format 😊
