Some recipients receiving winmail.dat attachment

Good afternoon everyone

One of my clients just got caught out by this yesterday

What's happening in the background of Outlook is the email is being converted to rtf or rich text format when sending

Some recipient mailboxes won't allow this format

The issue is set out in the kb 2055
