Cleared and uncleared funds

Hi, I have changed from Reckon desktop to reckon one and stuggling. So thanks in advance for replying.

I have worked out that when I allocate trasactions they are taken off bank transactions and go into R1 transactions. So what does cleared and uncleared mean?

    Hi @Anita ,

    Thank you for reaching out on the community.

    Uncleared Funds are transactions that you've entered into Reckon One but has not cleared off your actual bank statement yet.

    Cleared Funds are transactions that have matched against your bank statement/bank feed during the reconciliation process. Once you have reconciled, it will know that the money has been moved and a transaction becomes cleared I believe.
