Journal templates

I'd love to have the ability to configure journal templates for periodically repeating entries. Right now as a workaround I select an older journal entry and duplicate it. This can be error prone if you forget to actually click the duplicate but, as you'll end up modifying the old entry…
The templates should then be accessible from the "Journals" page when creating a new entry or when importing bank transactions.
