Customer invoice needs editing - isn't letting me edit it.

Hi, I need to edit an invoice that is showing as unpaid and unsent. It isn't letting me edit anything. I tried another invoice and the fields do allow editing, but not this one. Can't figure out why, or what was done differently to make it like this? The "cancel" button is missing, and the "delete" button is missing compared to other invoices.

Thanks Eric, so I went to check, it was very recent, made by our sales, but then I noticed they had put a deposit against it. I hadn't noticed that. So deleted the deposit, edited the invoice, and will re-enter the deposit, so all should be good. I was going back and forth between this invoice and others trying to figure out what was different too, but didn't see the deposit entry.
