#TipTuesday - Dashboard improvements in Portal

Good Morning and welcome to another #TipTuesday! If you've logged into Reckon One recently, you might have noticed something a little different in your Reckon Portal dashboard. Maybe you're seeing more Reckon One books or GovConnect tiles than usual?

Don't worry, it's not a glitch! It’s part of the new and improved dashboard experience in the Reckon Portal.

What’s New?

The portal has had a tidy upgrade, all your tiles are now shown in one single view, with advanced filtering options to help you stay organised.

Say goodbye to the "Shared with Me” tab!

Now, all Reckon One books are visible in the main view. If a book has been shared with you, it’ll be marked with a clear “shared” icon so you can easily spot it.

New Filters

By default, no filters are applied, so you'll see everything, including your own books and those shared with you.

You can use the new filters to View/Hide:

  • Active books
  • Cancelled books
  • Shared books
  • Owned Books

A Quick Note on GovConnect Tiles

Many users (especially our accounting and partner community!) told us they wanted more control over their dashboard clutter, especially with GovConnect tiles.

You can now choose to hide GovConnect tiles from your view. This does not deactivate them, it simply hides them from your dashboard until you choose to view them again.
