Superannuation not printed on Report

Some of our employee is using Australian Retirement Trust super and Retail Employees Superannuation.

When generating the Super by Employee or Super by Fund report these two Supers are not printing neither are the names of employee they are linked too.

Any idea?

Make sure they are set up correctly (eg as Super-type Payroll Items)

The Super Report by Fund generates from the Payable To name you allocate on the Payroll Item:
