Exporting STP taking me to Reckon sign-in screen

For the last 2 fortnightly pays I have done, when I export STP data, instead of giving me the option to log into gov connect for accounts hosted, it is just taking me to a reckon sign in screen in which it will not accept my current log in details.

We have a new accountant and I'm wondering if there is a setting or something that he has changed?

Sorry probably a stupid question but how to I access portal to upload my payroll export?

    Sign in with the account info for your govconnect account and it will let you through.

    Do you have the same login for your portal as your Hosted account?

    It may have been different in the past, but from what I’ve seen during my time here over the past year, it has been pretty close with this.

    Have you been submitting the STP or has your accountant been? It could be the case that your GovConnect entity is on another account that your accountant had access to.

    If you dont know, let me know and I can look into it for you.

    Hi @growley,

    Firstly welcome to the Reckon Community.

    So after exporting and saving the STP file, it should open up a web browser within the hosted environment to enter your login details into. Here you just need to log into the account with the GovConnect entity.

    Usually the username and password will be the same as your hosted login but the password can be changed.

    If it is not accepting your login details, have you tried the Forgotten password option to change it?

    I'll try the forgotten password option. Is this something new to reckon having to login like this? It aways just took me to a menu to select accounts hosted and then I would have to add in the password for gov connect to be able to upload my file. I dont understand why it has changed?

    I've always had to login to govconnect after exporting. Was it different for you?

    THanks all. I used the forgotten password option - set the same password as I had before and it has worked. Weird but resolved thank you very much.

    @Eric Murphy It previously took me directly to govconnect to login but now it is asking me to login to my reckon account first.
