Shares are not recognised when updating the register

The following shares are not recognised when updating the register even though the ticker is correct. Hub.ax, XYZ.ax, Santos.ax,Amcor. AMC.AX, Betashares. CRED.xa.

Can someone advise on this?

Hi @1510360,

Could you kindly verify that you are using the latest version of Reckon?

I know you said the ticker is right, but please make sure the ticker symbols are entered exactly as they should be.

You might also want to try super validating the file to see if that helps. I've attached an article below with more info.
