Bug - for scroll wheel in Microsoft Mouse

When I attempt to scroll the view of a reconciliation list my wired MS Mouse scroll wheel only works in one direction. Scroll forwards or backwards on the wheel and the screen always goes backwards in time. This means I have to revert to using up and down arrows or dragging the scroll bar. It works correctly when viewing an account but a long list of transactions to reconcile cannot be properly accessed with the scroll wheel. Could this be addressed please?

    Hi @Pauken

    Just confirming, you are saying that you cant scroll up only in the reconciliation list?

    Were you able to do so in the past?

    Works fine for me. Have you tried a different mouse?

    It only seems to be in the reconciliation list. I've just been putting up with this and not reported, it so I have no idea when I first noticed it. Certainly at least a year or more - and no Eric, I haven't got another mouse with scroll wheel to try but this one operates as expected in every other instance. I'm thus surprised to find others don't have the same result. Mind you, having just finished a monthly credit card reconciliation I can't exactly get a new screen with enough transactions to try with a new mouse at present. Thanks for your feedback though.

    That’s unusual.

    I may have to check with my team and do some testing on my file to see if I can replicate this.
