I received the msg about PDF downloads being down however since logging out and in of the platform I have nothing active

I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. To better understand the situation and provide an appropriate solution, could you please clarify when you mention “nothing active,” do you mean that there are no open windows or that no company file is loaded after logging back in?
Additionally, if you could provide a screenshot, it would be very helpful.
