Can't find my file after upgrading
I have updated my Reckon Accounts Personal Plus and have opened the latest version of one of my files.
I cannot find the latest backup of the second file.

Neither of those were found. I am using Windows 11.

Could you try using the search function in the file explorer?
If you are looking for Reckon Personal range data files, use the file extension *.QDF as a search term or *.RKN for a backup file.

Where do you usually save your files? Look in those folders. Make sure it's not a cloud storage location
