employee report with employment status

Hi Team,

can anyone help me to print a report with employee name and status ( fulltime , parttime, casual etc.) based on below parameter i have set up in the emp card

You can generate Employee Contact List report and modify report by selecting your required options. Please check the screenshot for your reference -
